Celia Rose Samater

Celia Rose Samater is the Faculty Academic Support Lead within the School of Business at the University of Sunderland. With over 25 years of leadership experience, including 12 years in education, she specializes in enhancing student engagement, retention, and academic success through curriculum support and coaching methodologies. She holds certifications as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coach and Life Coach and is part of the University’s coaching network.

Her teaching focuses on business disciplines such as strategy, operations management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), leadership, and personal and professional development. Research interests center on student retention strategies, academic achievement, and the integration of coaching into educational frameworks.
