Cecilia Olsson is an Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Food, Nutrition and Culinary Science at Umeå University. Her work spans teaching, research, and PhD education, with a focus on the nutritional and social significance of food within the Swedish welfare system, particularly school meals. She supervises three PhD students and contributes to course development and thesis examination.
