Catherine Lee MBE is Professor of Inclusive Education and Leadership, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University. She specializes in LGBTQ+ equality, diversity, inclusion in educational settings, teacher identity, and autoethnography. With 20+ years as a teacher, her work inspired the BAFTA-nominated film Blue Jean.
Education includes: PhD (UCL IoE), PG Cert Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (ARU), MPhil (UCL IoE), MA Education (ARU), BEd Hons (Liverpool John Moores).
