Catherine L Reed

Catherine L. Reed, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology at Claremont McKenna College. She leads the Reed Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, exploring how the brain integrates visual, tactile, and bodily information in real time, with a focus on individual differences in cognition.

Her lab specializes in cognitive electrophysiology (EEG/ERP), offering undergraduate training through the PURSUE Project (pursue.richmond.edu), which provides open-access educational resources. Research Assistants gain hands-on experience in behavioral experiments and electrophysiological methods.
