Prof. Catherine Kiprop is an Associate Professor of Educational Management and Leadership at Moi University, Kenya. She holds a PhD from Nelson Mandela University, a Master’s from Egerton University, and a B.ED (Arts) from Moi University. Currently serving as Director of the Institute of Gender, Diversity and Peace Studies (IGDPS), she also chairs the Gender and Diversity Officer role in the Moi African Cluster Centre (Moi-ACC). Her academic career began in 2008 as a lecturer at Moi University, where she has held roles including Postgraduate Coordinator, Graduate Studies Committee member, and Curriculum Review Committee member.
