Cassidy Weekes

Cassidy Weekes is a Postgraduate Researcher and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the School of Psychology, University of Kent, specializing in Forensic Psychology and affiliated with the Centre of Research and Education in Forensic Psychology (CORE-FP). Under the supervision of Dr. Jennifer Storey and Dr. Afroditi Pina, her PhD explores cyberstalking perpetration, victimisation, stalking typology validation, and police responses to online harms.

Her recent publications in Trauma, Violence, & Abuse and the Encyclopedia of Forensic and Legal Medicine highlight her expertise in forensic assessment and digital abuse dynamics. Cassidy received the 2023 PhD Presentation Prize and secured a 2024 SPRITE+ grant for cybersecurity research.
