Carter Neugarten

Carter Neugarten is an Assistant Professor at Rush Medical College with dual appointments in the Department of Internal Medicine and the Department of Emergency Medicine. He serves as Director of Palliative Emergency Care, leading initiatives to integrate palliative services within emergency department settings.
