Carrie Hall

Carrie Hall is an Associate Professor of Education at George Fox University, where she serves as Program Director for both the Reading Interventionist and Special Education programs. She joined the university in 2017 after extensive experience as an elementary and middle school educator in Idaho and Oregon. Her background includes serving as an education specialist at a multidisciplinary clinic in Idaho and holding board membership at a Portland middle school.

She earned her PhD from the University of Idaho's Center on Disabilities and Human Development, specializing in neurodevelopmental disabilities and special education.
