Carrie Demmans Epp is an Associate Professor in Computing Science at the University of Alberta's Faculty of Science, where she leads the EdTeKLA (Educational Technology, Knowledge, Language, and Learning Analytics) Research Group. Her research focuses on developing technologies to support learning, particularly for language acquisition and adaptive learning systems. She investigates learning analytics to inform educational decision-making and designs experimental learning environments.
