Caroline Williamson Sinalo is Lecturer in World Languages at University College Cork, researching post-genocide memory, gender dynamics in Rwanda, and health narratives. Her fieldwork with the Aegis Trust investigates testimony disclosure practices and intergenerational memory transmission.
Authored books include Rwanda after Genocide (CUP) and Transmitting Memories in Rwanda (launched during national Kwibuka commemoration). Current collaborations with Rwandan institutes examine media representations of conflict and COVID-19 narratives in Africa.
