Caroline Rose

Caroline Rose is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University, teaching 'The Security Implications of Illicit Economies.' She serves as Director of the Strategic Blind Sponds Portfolio at the New Lines Institute, managing research on the Captagon Trade Project and Post-Withdrawal Security Landscapes. Her expertise includes defense issues in Europe/Middle East, Gulf security, and illicit economies. Previously an analyst at Geopolitical Futures, she holds an MSc from LSE and BA from American University.
