Caroline Morris is Professor of Constitutional Law at Queen Mary University of London. A Barrister and Solicitor (NZ), she founded the Centre for Small States, focusing on legal challenges in small jurisdictions. Her research examines democracy, electoral systems, and constitutional design.
Recent work analyzes referendums in small states and defection laws in Pacific parliaments. She mentors PhD students in constitutional law and small-state governance.
