Caroline Kelleher is a Lecturer in Health Psychology at RCSI's School of Population Health. Her research examines sexual health education, gender issues in healthcare, and communication skills training for medical professionals.
Research focuses on:

- Crisis pregnancy determinants
- LGBTQ+ healthcare access
- Bystander intervention training
She developed RCSI's Sexual Misconduct policy and Gender Identity/Expression policy. Current projects include EUVABECO on vaccination behaviors and preparedness studies for HIV PrEP implementation in STI clinics. Her pedagogical research develops effective communication training using simulated patient role-play.
Work combines qualitative and quantitative methods to inform healthcare policy and education.
