Caroline Hartig is a Professor of Clarinet at The Ohio State University School of Music. She holds degrees from New England Conservatory (MM), The Ohio State University (BME), and Stony Brook University (DMA). A renowned performer, she has collaborated with orchestras such as the Indianapolis Symphony and Boston Philharmonic, and premiered works by composers like William Bolcom and Libby Larsen. Hartig’s recordings, including Clarinet Brilliante and Chalumeau, have earned critical acclaim, with awards from American Record Guide and Clarinet & Saxophone Magazine.
