Caroline Gans Combe is an Associate Professor at INSEEC, part of OmnesEducation. She specializes in innovation paradigms and data science education while maintaining significant involvement with European Commission initiatives.

She is an MIT-certified data scientist with academic credentials including a master's degree in ICT law and a PhD in language modeling. She is currently completing additional thesis work on new value paradigms aimed at improving financial valuation of economic agents.
