Caroline Digby-Bowl

Caroline Digby-Bowl is a Senior Lecturer in Sport & Exercise Sciences (Biomechanics) at Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU), appointed in January 2005. She is based in the School of Sciences, Psychology, Arts and Humanities, Computing, Engineering and Sports and leads the development of sport & exercise science modules for the Foundation degree program.

• Postgraduate research at Liverpool John Moores University

Her academic work centers on Biomechanics within Sport and Exercise Sciences, with a strong emphasis on curriculum design and pedagogical innovation for undergraduate programs. She integrates biomechanical principles into practical sports science education across CCCU's degree pathways.

She previously served as Year 1 Tutor for the Sport & Exercise Science degree for multiple years, overseeing student academic progression and pastoral support.
