Carolin Fischer

Dr. Carolin Fischer is a social anthropologist and international development scholar currently serving as Head of the Strategic Topic Area Caring Society at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). She holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and has held research and leadership roles at institutions including the University of Bern and the University of Neuchâtel.

Scientific recognition includes the Swiss National Science Foundation's Ambizione Research Fellowship. She has led projects at Université de Neuchâtel's Maison d'analyse des processus sociaux and directed programs at Netzwerk für Demokratie und Courage in Dresden.
