Dr. Carolin Fischer is a social anthropologist and international development scholar currently serving as Head of the Strategic Topic Area Caring Society at Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). She holds a PhD from the University of Oxford and has held research and leadership roles at institutions including the University of Bern and the University of Neuchâtel.
