Carol Romano is Dean and Professor at the Daniel K. Inouye Graduate School of Nursing within the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) in Bethesda, Maryland. She leads strategic planning and operations for the School and serves on USU’s executive cabinet.
