Carol Duncan

Carol Duncan is a Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh's School of Social and Political Science, affiliated with the Social Work department. She works on the Bairns' Hoose (Barnahus) Pathfinders partnership with Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City local authorities, focusing on multi-disciplinary child protection approaches. Her research spans social work practice, inter-agency collaboration, and emotional decision-making.
