Carmina Rafael

Dr. Carmina 'Minnie' L. Rafael is an Assistant Professor and Associate Director of Clinical Education within the College of Rehabilitative Sciences. With over 25 years of professional experience, she specializes in Geriatric Physical Therapy and holds dual certifications: Board-Certified Clinical Specialist (2012) and APTA Geriatrics Certified Expert (2011). Her roles include chairperson of the FPTA Geriatrics Special Interest Group and member of the APTA Geriatrics Online Education Committee.

Her research focuses on geriatric physical therapy and clinical education innovations.
