Carlos Tesoro is an Assistant Professor in the College of Performing Arts at Chapman University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge, and a Master of Fine Arts from Yale School of Drama.

In filmmaking, Carlos recently produced Songs for Selina (2023) and contributed to Star Cinema’s projects like Seven Sundays and Unexpectedly Yours. He also co-founded Some Folks Productions, a company focused on diverse storytelling and creative consultancy for film/TV. His corporate coaching firm, Behind the Scenes, works with global companies like Netflix and Nestle to 'make being human work again.'
