Carlos Caulin is an Associate Professor at the University of Arizona's College of Medicine – Tucson, affiliated with the Department of Otolaryngology and the Cancer Biology Graduate Interdisciplinary Program (GIDP). He serves as Director of Translational Head/Neck Cancer Research and a member of the Graduate Faculty.
Dr. Caulin earned his PhD from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, focusing on epidermal differentiation alterations in skin carcinogenesis. He completed postdoctoral training at The Burnham Institute on epithelial cell apoptosis, followed by research faculty roles at Baylor College of Medicine and MD Anderson Cancer Center.
