Carlos Aguiar is a Professor at the Escola Superior Agrária de Bragança, Instituto Politécnico de Bragança, and an external collaborator at CIBIO-InBIO, Universidade do Porto. He holds a PhD and has over 35 years of experience studying the flora and vegetation of mainland and island Portugal.
