Carlo Galli is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M) and a Research Affiliate at CEPR’s MEF and IMF programs. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from University College London (2020) and was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Sciences Po (2020–2021) under the Chair in Sovereign Debt. His research focuses on macroeconomics, international finance, and information economics, with an emphasis on fiscal and monetary policy responses to sovereign debt crises.
Teaching includes Macroeconomics II (PhD), Topics in Macroeconomics (PhD), and International Trade (undergraduate) at UC3M.
