Dr. Can Bayram is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He serves as a resident faculty member at the Nick Holonyak, Jr. Micro and Nanotechnology Laboratory and leads the Innovative Compound Semiconductor Laboratory (ICORLAB).
