Camille Gibson is Professor and Interim Dean of the College of Juvenile Justice and Psychology at Prairie View A&M University, where she concurrently serves as Executive Director of the Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center. Her extensive academic career includes previous faculty positions at Brooklyn College (Political Science) and John Jay College of Criminal Justice (Public Administration). She maintains active affiliations with the American Society of Criminology and Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and has held leadership roles including Past President of the Southwestern Association of Criminal Justice and Communications Officer for the Caribbean Crime and Justice Association.
Her research encompasses critical juvenile justice issues:

- Sexual exploitation and child abuse interventions
