Prof. Camiel Boon is a Full Professor of Ophthalmology at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC) and holds a concurrent professorship in Clinical Ophthalmogenetics at Amsterdam UMC. He specializes in retinal diseases, including hereditary conditions and age-related macular degeneration.
