Caley Smith

Caley Smith serves as an Assistant Professor of Religious Studies (Jain Fellow) at Georgia College & State University within the College of Arts and Sciences, holding a primary appointment in the Department of Religious Studies.

His research specializes in early South Asian religious history and political imagination, with concentrated analysis on conceptual continuities and disruptions between Vedic scriptures and emergent ascetic/householder traditions.
