CUVELIER Lucie

Lucie Cuvelier is an Assistant Professor at CESI, affiliated with the Learning and Innovating research team. Her work focuses on workplace learning, occupational safety, and ergonomics in healthcare and socio-technical systems. She holds a PhD in ergonomics from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Cnam, 2011), with a research emphasis on resilience in pediatric care and risk management. Her research integrates Cultural-Historical Activity Theory (CHAT) to design safety interventions and training methods.
