Her work focuses on workplace learning, occupational safety, and ergonomics in healthcare and socio-technical systems. She holds a PhD in ergonomics from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Cnam, 2011), with a research emphasis on resilience in pediatric care and risk management. Her research integrates Cultural-Historical Activity Theory (CHAT) to design safety interventions and training methods.
Education:
- PhD in Ergonomics, Cnam (2011)
- Research Master in Ergonomics, Cnam (2007)
- Engineering Degree in Industrial Risk Prevention, Polytech’Grenoble (2005)
Research Interests: Her studies explore resilience engineering, constructive safety approaches, and the interplay between regulated and managed safety systems. She investigates how variability and risk-seeking behaviors enhance healthcare safety, and develops innovative training tools for complex environments like aeronautical maintenance and medical care.
Grants & Programs:
- PIA JENII (2021–2024)
- ANR ITAPAR (2019–2023)
Advising: Supervises PhD students in topics like safety communication in healthcare, aeronautical maintenance design, and radiotherapy risk analysis.
