CHENG Shih-Fen

CHENG Shih-Fen is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Principal Research Scientist at Amazon. He holds a PhD in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University. His research focuses on modeling and optimization of complex systems in urban computing, decision-making, and transportation, with notable contributions to taxi fleet management, ride-hailing systems, and sustainable logistics.
