Dr. Chai Kah-Hin is Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore's Industrial Systems Engineering and Management Department and Director of Continuing and Education Training at the Faculty of Engineering. His research focuses on energy efficiency management and product/service innovation.
His expertise includes:
