CARMEN LOPEZ DE AGUILETA CLEMENTE

Carmen Lopez de Aguilta Clemente is a Full-Time Permanent Professor at the Department of Audiovisual Communication and Advertising within the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication at the University of Vigo. She is affiliated with the Pontevedra campus and contributes to the research group VNPC (Videogames, Narrative, Persuasion, and Creativity).

• Doctorate in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Vigo (2008), with a thesis on "Car advertising in Spain 1900-1936" supervised by Dr. Alberto Pena Rodríguez.

Her research focuses on advertising history, narrative structures in audiovisual media, persuasive techniques, and creative processes. She actively collaborates within interdisciplinary teams exploring videogames and communication strategies.
