C.V. Ramamoorthy is a Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at the University of California, Berkeley, a position held since 1972. He concurrently serves as a Senior Research Fellow at the ICC Institute of the University of Texas, Austin. His education includes undergraduate degrees in physics and textile technology (University of Madras), graduate degrees in mechanical engineering (UC Berkeley), and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Harvard University (1964).
Ramamoorthy's research spans:
