Buser Say

Dr. Buser Say is a Lecturer in the Department of Data Science & AI at Monash University, where he leads research at the intersection of sequential decision making, mathematical optimization, and machine learning. He also serves as Director of Student Engagement for the Faculty of Information Technology.

His current projects include 'Blackbox Multi-Objective Optimization of Unknown Functions' and 'Human-in-the-Loop Microgrid Project'. Dr. Say develops algorithms for optimal planning with neural network transition models and functional selectivity in decision systems. He employs mixed-integer programming and high-dimensional optimization techniques.
