Burch Kealey

Dr. Burch Kealey is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO), affiliated with the College of Business Administration. He holds a Ph.D. from Oklahoma University (1996). His research focuses on corporate governance, specifically compensation alignment between owners and managers, and improving data extraction processes from SEC filings. He teaches Intermediate Accounting and Principles of Accounting, emphasizing the discipline's ethical and structural foundations.
