Bruno Rodolfo Ribeiro Do Couto

Bruno Rodolfo Ribeiro Do Couto is a Professor at the University of Murcia, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy and the Human Anatomy and Psychobiology Department. His research focuses on understanding neurobiological mechanisms in behavioral and addiction contexts.

• Education: Doctorate from the Universitat de València (2005) with a thesis on opioid addiction relapse mechanisms, supervised by Dr. José Miñarro López and Dr. María Asunción Aguilar Calpe.

His current research group, Functional Genoarchitecture, investigates genetic and neurobiological frameworks tied to behavior. Previously, he contributed to the Psychobiology and Neurobiology of Behavior group.
