Dr. Bruno Arpi is a Lecturer in Antarctic and Oceans Law and Policy at the University of Tasmania, affiliated with the Institute for Marine and Antarctic Studies (IMAS) and the Faculty of Law. He holds a LL.M. from the University of Copenhagen and a LL.B. from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario.
His research focuses on Antarctic law, managing geopolitical tensions, and the interplay between regional and universal legal frameworks.
