Bruce Western is an instructor in the Department of Management and Marketing at the College of Business and Technology (CBT), Western Illinois University (WIU). He holds an MBA (1998) and a Bachelor of Business (1989) from WIU.

• Professional Highlights: 19 years of Human Resource Management experience at McDonough District Hospital, current Macomb business owner since 2014, member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Faculty Initiator for Delta Sigma Pi, and Macomb Chamber of Commerce member.
• Student Engagement: Faculty Advisor for SHRM and Tau Kappa Epsilon, Coordinator of the CBT Professional Development Series.
