Bruce Wark

Bruce Wark is the Inglis Professor affiliated with King's College at Dalhousie University. He held a prominent career in journalism spanning 19 years with CBC Radio, where he produced network programs like World Report, World at Six, The House, and Media File. His work included roles as legislative reporter at the Ontario Legislature and national reporter for the Maritime provinces.

He transitioned into academia, teaching journalism ethics, history, research methods, and broadcast journalism for 15 years before retiring from King's College in 2006. His research interests focus on critical media analysis, journalism ethics, and the evolution of broadcast practices.

Despite retiring, his legacy in both journalism and education remains influential in media studies and professional practice.
