Brook Calton, MD, MHS, FAAHPM serves as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Palliative Medicine Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), where she holds the leadership role of Medical Director of Palliative Care for MGB Population Health Management.
