Bronwyn Parry

Professor Bronwyn Parry is a Visiting Professor at King’s College London’s Department of Global Health & Social Medicine and currently serves as Dean of The Australian National University’s College of Arts and Social Sciences. She previously led King’s Sanctuary Programme addressing forced displacement’s educational impacts, coordinating initiatives like PADILEIA and refugee sponsorship schemes. Her research focuses on bioethics, global health policy, and the commodification of life sciences. Parry’s work explores how technological and regulatory changes reshape human-environment relations, with notable contributions to debates on surrogacy in India, dementia research, and bodily commodification.
