Prof Bronwen Dalton is a Professor and Head of the Department of Management at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Business School. She also directs the Master of Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprise Program and founded the charity Ruff Sleepers. Her academic career includes a DPhil from the University of Oxford and leadership roles in institutions like the Centre for Cosmopolitan Civil Societies at UTS. Dalton’s research focuses on the Not-for-Profit sector, North Korean societal transformations, and Korean studies.
