Dr Brittany Ralph is a Lecturer in Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology, joining her department in 2023 after completing her PhD at Monash University (Melbourne, Australia). Her research focuses on men and masculinities, particularly socio-positive change mechanisms, intergenerational dynamics, and the intersections of gender with class and race. She co-edits the Research Handbook on the Sociology of Gender (2024) and has published in journals like Men and Masculinities, Journal of Sociology, and NORMA.
