Dr. Briony Luttrell is a Senior Lecturer in Contemporary Music at the University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC), affiliated with the School of Business and Creative Industries. She holds a PhD and dual BMus degrees, specializing in the intersection of creative, technical, and theoretical approaches to music. Her research focuses on string arrangements for recorded popular music, multimodal analysis, and music pedagogy. Briony is a member of the indie chamber ensemble Nonsemble and has contributed to numerous creative projects, including string arrangements for albums and film soundtracks.
