Brigitte PEREIRA is a Professor of Law at EM Normandie Business School since 2008, holding an HDR (2014) and PhD (2002) in Law. Her research focuses on corporate ethics, labor law, and legal frameworks impacting organizational practices. She advises corporations on anti-corruption policies, bullying prevention, and compliance strategies. Editor-in-Chief of the Revue Interdisciplinaire Droit et Organisations (RIDO), she bridges legal and management disciplines through interdisciplinary research.
Her work addresses contractual relationships, employee rights, and corporate social responsibility. Recent publications analyze indemnification scales, executive compensation equity, and workplace freedom of expression. Active in professional training, she has contributed to SNCF’s ethical frameworks and presented at international conferences on topics like ISO 26000 compliance and managerial accountability.
RIDO Journal, launched in 2021, promotes cross-disciplinary dialogue between legal, management, and social science researchers. Current research interests include legal innovations in remote work ethics and judicial impacts on labor relations.
