Brigitte Nivet

Brigitte Nivet is a Lecturer-researcher at ESC Clermont Business School (School of Management), University of Clermont Auvergne, and an Associate researcher at Cereq. She is affiliated with the Clermont Recherche Management (CleRMa) research center and the Alter-Management, Human Potential and Innovation (AMPHI) Axis.

Her research focuses on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Human Resources Management, social and managerial innovations, and the future of work. She examines self-managed organizations, workplace regulation processes, and the implementation of HR practices in small businesses. Her work explores the tension between traditional management approaches and innovative organizational models like liberated companies.
