Brie D. Sherwin is the Glenn D. West Endowed Research Professor of Law and Dean’s Scholar and Director for Interdisciplinary Research at Texas Tech University School of Law, with an adjunct appointment in Public Health. Admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, she specializes in environmental law and toxic tort litigation.
