About
Prof Bridget Wade is a Professor of Micropalaeontology at University College London's Department of Earth Sciences. She leads a research group studying Cenozoic palaeoceanography, focusing on planktonic foraminifera to reconstruct climate variables like temperature, pH, and ice volume. Her work spans field expeditions in Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean, including contributions to Ocean Drilling Program Legs and IODP Expeditions. She chairs the Paleogene Planktonic Foraminifera Working Group and co-authored the Atlas of Oligocene Planktonic Foraminifera.
