Bridget Rubenking is an Associate Professor in the Nicholson School of Communication and Media at the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on the dynamic emotional and cognitive processing of mediated content from an empirical, social science perspective, with recent work analyzing physiological and cognitive responses to disgust-eliciting entertainment media and second-screen viewing behavior.
