Bridget A. Hearon, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Albright College. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College, an M.A. in Psychology from Boston University, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Boston University, followed by a clinical internship at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. Her research focuses on Health Psychology and Clinical Psychology, exploring topics such as anxiety sensitivity, eating/exercise behaviors, halo effects, and the mental health benefits of exercise.
